Lieutenant A.Bagge Commissioner for laying down the boundary between Siam and British Burmah allowed a salary of Rupees 350 a month besides actual travelling expenses and the Officers deputed to accompany him allowed in the first instance to draw their ordinary travelling allowance and afterwards to submit a bill for the sum by which their actual expenses may exceed the amount of that travelling allowance.
