Recommendation of the Government of the North-Western Provinces, that all bonds for the due execution of Offices as well as security bonds relating to the same, when executed by Government, Servants in favour of Government be exempted from stamp duty, and that all sums already paid on this account be refunded, negatived, with remarks and observations.
