Consent of H.E. the G. G. under s.270(1), G. I. act, 1935, to the Prosecution of Shaikh Mohomed Shaikh Yucub, Packer, Dadar Post Office, Bombay, under s. 52 of the Indian Post office act, 1898 reed with section 381 of the Indian Penal Code. Govt. Sol. was of the opinion the act of the accused could not attact s. 270(1). Consent granted.
