Bills of Exchange drawn in Mysore on and after 1st August next and which may have paid the full rate of Stamp Duty in that province to be exempted from further payment of Stamp duty when negotiated in British Territory exemption also granted in regard to like Bills drawn in British Territory and negotiated in Mysore.
