Amendment of the Inland Steam vessels Act, VI of 1884, to provide (i) for the protection of inland steam-vessels from danger by collision, and (2) for the general application throughout British India of certificates of competency or service granted under the Act, and issue of rules for the protection of inland steam-vessels from danger by collision on inland waters in Bengal.
