Cunton Bengal Medical service formerly assistant surgeon in medical charge of Penang as to whether when he held that charge he received as an established perquiste the unexpended portion of the sanctioned daily allowance of dieting lunatIIcs in the asylum & enquires also as to the pratice in all such cases where a fixed allowance is sanstioned for decting persons such as prisoners hinaties etc who are not in circumstances to diet thermselves.
