Bombay govt. despatch to H.Ms a secretary of state for India transmitting a certificate and power of attorney in the matter of the claim of mussamat chijibai to the property of her deceased husband, pirumal , alias dilbar walad narumal, reported to have died in russian territory,and requesting that necessary steps may be taken for the recovery of the property of the deceased.
