Proposal to charge a fee of four annas for each passport issued to pilgrims proceeding to the Hajaz and to place the proceeds at the disposal of the Haj Committee to be utilized in assisting indigent pilgrims to return on their homes from Bombay and in affording relief to othre deserving cases.
