Petition on behalf of Samander and others praying for the remission of the sentence of 14 years rigerous imprisonment passed on them. C.C., N.W.F.P. informed that all petitions with-held should be included in the quarterly list of petitions with-held, which he is required to forward to the Govt. of India.
