Sanction to Dr. M.A.Stein`s proceeding to Kashmir for a period of six months for which he will be placed on special duty from 1st Oct. to finish the report on his previous Archaeological expenditure to Chinese Turkestan and to his incurring expenditure to a certain limit on account of establishment, travelling allowance, and other charges during the period in question.
