In continuation of No. 4549, dated 14th October last, on the affairs of the Sumbulpore District, reports a conversation between a nephew of Kunwul Singhs and another person, which confirms the suspicion which has been enterained that Kunwul Singh is plotting with a view to re-establish Native rule in Subulpore. States the measures which have been in consequence.
