Sind Left Bank Feeder Railways Comprising:- (i) A loop line from Mahrabpur to Pad Idan via Tharushah. (ii) A loop line from Nawabshah to Tando Adam via Sakrand and Hala, and (iii) A Chord line between Tharushah and Sakrand Sanction to the construction of the ----------- subject to the payment of a guarantee by the Government of Bombay against the loss in working the lines.
