Abolition by the Baroda Darbar of all customs duties throughout the State, with the exception of the sea customs duties in Kodinar and Okhamandal talukas in Kathiawar, and any duties imposed under treaty obligations with the British Government; andtransfer to the Municipalties of the State any octroi duteis to be levied in those areas.
