Expenses incurred by Lt. F.Bigg-Wither Boundary Settlement officer in Gwalior, on account of the Journeys made by him to his office establishment in connection with the orders of Govt. directing him to proceed to Rajputana which were subsequently cancelled Lt. Bigg-Wither`s pay of allowance for the period during which he was in transit.
