Grant of a certificate by a Police Inspector in Mysore to a wandering gang of Baluchis. The Darbar requested to prohibit the grant of such certificates to vagrant gangs in future. Decision not to advise the Darbar to enact a Regulation on the lines of the Foreigners Act as the Maharaja already possesses complete authority for expelling undesirable undesirable foreigners from the limits of his State.
