Confermation of the orders of the Bombay Govt. permitting all officers who proceeded to Delhi on duty connection with the Darbar to take them at Govt. expense to Delhi and back a limited number of tent carriages and horses, provided the permanent tavelling allowances of officers affected by the orders are suspended during the absence from head quarters.
