In regard to the Dyee Sombre case, refers to his letter, No. 509, dated 11th July last, to Home Department: the case must be tried at Delhi, and the Lieutenant - Governor is prepared to appoint and select an Officer to try it: the heirs of Dyee Sombre are prepared to go on with the case.
