With reference to this Office endorsement, No. 53, dated 26th ultimo, sanctions the employment of an Establishment of Rupees 133 per mensem, exclusive of contingencies, diet and medicine, for the Lunatic, Asylum to be established at Nagpore, the charge to be met from the provision in the Budget for 1864-65, from ``FVII. Superannuations, &c.``
