Extends Acts XXV, of 1861 and XV, of 1862 to British Burmah; invests certain Officers with powers described in Section 1 of Act XV. of 1862, and notifies that trial of all offences by the Court of Session in Moulmein, Rangoon, and Akyab will be by Jury.
