With reference to paragraph 7 of letter, No. 139-9, dated 22nd June 1865, submits copy of a communication, and its enclosure, from the Judicial Commissioner in Coorg, and recommends the appoint of a European Constable for Coorg, on a salary of Rupees 60 per mensem 15 horse allowance.
