Solicits order for the trial, by the Commissioner of Khyrabad, of Rawul and two others charged with murder of one Chujjoo, and states that the crime was committed within the Nepalese Territory: annd as the murderers and the deceased were British subjects, requests that authority may be given to the Chief Commissioner, under Section, 9, of Act I of 1849, to save the trouble and delay of these references.
