With reference to despatch No. 102, dated 19th June, forwards copy of a letter from the Foreign office, showing that Mr. Sandison duly paid the proceeds of Abdool Ali Khans estate to the British Consul at Suez, and is in no wise responsible for the delay which has occurred before the sum realized was transmitted to the Government of Bombay.
