Forwards a copy of the papers noted regarding the death of the Nawab of Savanoor and the arrangements made by the Bombay Government for the Administration of the State during the minority of the present Chief. States that these arrangements have been approved, and a loan not exceeding Rupees 60,000 authorized for the payment of the debt due by the Savanoor State.
