Decision of the Secretary of Secretary of State that compensatory Allowance are to be regarded as included in remuneration for the purposes of the proviso to section 247(1) and section 250 (3) of the extent to which such compensatory allowance can be regulated, reduced or withdrawn by the Government in India.
