Anglo-Afghan Agreement whereby Afghan visas granted to British subjects and British Visas granted to Afghan nationals shall be given gratis. Decision that passports of travellers to Afghanistan via the Khyber Police, North West Frontier Province, throughout the year. General principles of reciprocity in regard to Anglo-Afghan visas and the manner in which the visa system may be worked with advantage to the two Governments interested and to British and Afghan subjects.
