Proposed resolution in the Legislative Assembly by Mr. Eardly Norton recommending (1) that the salaries of High Court Judges be placed on a level with those of member of Executive Councils (2) that they be knighted on their appointment, (3) that they should not receive any donation or other reward, and (4) that they should not be appointed to high executive officers.
