Amendment of Rule 40(b) of the Post Office Savings Bank Rules to authorise the disbursement of the deposits of the deceased officers and Soldiers of the Baroda State Army to their Commanding Officer when those deposits become liable to forfeiture under the Baroda Army Discipline Act.
