Decision that officers apointed in India to the Indian Medical SErvice are to be deputed to England to take the junior Royal Army Medical course within their first year of service and that all I.M.s officers including those of Asistic domicile should be required before promotion to the rank of Major between the 7th and 10th years of service to complete the senior officers course at the R.A.M college, milllibank.
