Extension of the exchange concession of 25%, sanctioned for officers of the Western India States Agency, to officers of the Military Advisory Staff while on duty within the limits of the Cutch State, on condition that the concession will be subuect to annual revision with reference to actual commodity value of rupee payments in Cutch.
