Petition for mercy from Jawand Singh, son of Uttam Singh, a prisoner in the Lahore Conspiracy Case, who was sentenced by the Special Tribunal to transportation for life with confiscation of his property, which was subsequently reduced by the Lieutenant Governor to transportation for to years with remission of the sentence of forfeiture of property.
