Policy of His Majesty`s Government in regard to the measures to be adopted to give effect to certain provisions of the Arms Traffic Convention and the restrictions to be applied to the export of arms and ammunition to the prohibited zones specified in Article 6 of the Convention. Question of the form of exchange certificates to be issued to dhows in accordance with the agreement made with the French and Italian Governments in 1910.
