Decision that the maximum cost of a suit of country Woollen cloth supplied to the menial establishment shall be raised from Rs.7 to Rs.10 yearly, with effect from the Simla season 1915; but that it is not necessary to alter the existing rule of Rs.15 for a suit supplied every second year.
