Supply to the Inspector General of Prisons, Bihar and Orissa, of copies of the Standing girders of the Prisons Commission for Local Prisons, Standing Orders of the Directors of Convict Prisons for Convict Prisons and Manuals of Instructions issued by the Prisons Commission.
