Proposal for the classification of a local allowances drawn by the Assistant surgeons and Compounders attached to the Civil Dispensary at Jandola and Sararogha as Special pay. Decission that the Chief commissioners and Minor Local Government can classify local allowances as special pay subject to the condition that pay plus allowances in each case does not exceed Rs. 500/- per mensem.
