In reply to this Office No.650, dated 28th May, states that the Officiating Chief Commissioner has no objection whatever to offer to the proposal made be the Resident at Hyderabad to appoint the Inspector of Jails in the Central Provinces to the charge also of the Jails in Berar, and states that the Inspector of Jails at Nagpore can reach the Chief Berar Jails by Railway in a few hours.
