Proposal that Mr. J. S. Hannagan should continue to act as District Judge of Lucknow consequent on the privilege leave of Colonel F. M. Newbery, and that he should subsequently be appointed to officate as District Judge of Hardoi in the place of Colonel T. R. Cowie, who is expected to proceed on three months privilege leave.
