Appointment of Mr. S. P. Deo, a subordinate judge of the provincial service, to officiate as district judge in one of the three posts reserved for members of the commission. Proposal that the Chief Commissioner Central Provisions, may be empowered to make such appointment in future reference to the Government of India.
