Proposals to include the Barrister Judges of the Lower Burma Chief Court in the list of officers enumerated in Article 604 of the Civil Service Regulations, to place them in the same position as regard leave and pensions as Judges of the Punjab Chief Court, and to treat Mr. W. Bigge specially in regard to his leave and pension.
