Draft rule (a) bringing the standard of work prescribed for the process-servers of Criminal Courts into accord with the revised standard prescribed for process servers of Revenue Courts in Bengal, and draft rule (b) reducing the number of processes to be served annually by a process-server in the Bankura Munsiff`s Courts.
