In reply to this Office No. 6011, dated the 31st October last, intimates the issue of a Circular by the Court, extending, until further notice, the period for which European British subjects, committed or bailed by Justices of the Peace in the Mofussil, shall be tried at the usual place of sitting of the High Court in its ordinary Original Criminal Jurisdiction.
