Acknowledges the receipt of docket hence,No.1872 of the 22nd February last, giving cover to copy of a Despatch from the Secretary of State,with copy of petition from Mr.George Neagle in behalf of his son,a prisoner in the Jail at Rangoon. States the opinion of the Inspector General of Prisons as regards the health of the prisoner, and urges that it is advisable that the prisoner George Neagle should be removed to a Jail in a more temperate climate.
