Question of honours in connection with the opening of the Lloyd Barrage by H.E. the Viceroy on the 13th January 1932. (2) Decision that on such special occasions the correct procedure is to honour the Chief man and to leave others for the following honours list. (3) Appointment of Mr. C. S. C. Harrison, Chief Engineer, Lloyd Barrange and Canals Constructions, Bombay, to be a Knight Bachelor on the 13th January 1932.
