He has placed in the hands of the solicitor to the India Office the papers transmitted with letter No. 58 dated 17th November, 1862, in the case of Treckifsen Chowba-Appellant Vs. Government Respondent, appealed to the Privy Council from the judgement of the Sudder Court, North Western Provinces.
