Secretary of State`s order requiring that with the copy of the Judgement in every Government case appealed to the privy council there may be prepared and transmitted a brief statement of the case, showing the nature of the litigation, the grounds of the judgement and of the govt. is the appellant, the grounds on which the appeal has been preferred.
