Proposition of the Govt. of Bengal that Principal --- Ameens should as a rule, be appointed Registers Deeds at Zillah stations & chat the fees paid for registers in several districts should be thrown into a fund & --- share of the aggregate amount allotted to each Principal ameen with order thereon.
