Amendment of Sections 223 and 236 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, so as to dispense with the consent of the husband before probate or letters of administration are granted to a Married Woman, and consequent amendment of the Married Women's Property Act, 1874, on the lines of Section 24 of the English Act of 1882.
