Enquiry as to the grant to Mr. Justice Chapman, Judge, High Court, Patna of the extension of furlough from the 12th August to the 25th October 1918. Proposal that Mr. E.P. Chapman may, in the special circumstances of his case, be allowed to retain the differences of his full pay and furlough allowance for the period from 12th August to 22nd October 1918, inclusive.
