Proposal to release the Hon`ble Sir D.H.R. Twomy, Kt., I.C.S., Chief Judge, Lower Burma Chief Court, from the undertaken to retire on the completion of 35 years service and to allow him to remain as Chief Judge until about the middle of March 1920, and then to grant him combined leave to be prefixed to the long vacation of 1 920, preparatory to retirement, sanctioned.
