Inclusion in Article 349(A) of the Civil Service Regulations of the appointments of the Judges of the Court of Small Causes, the Presidency Magistrates, the Registrar, Judicial Commissioner's Court Sind (when the post is not held by a Provincial Civil Service Officer), and certain officers of the Bombay High Court, so as to bring them within the new pension rules.
