Grant of an acting allowance of Rs.650 a month to Maung Ba Saing, Barrister-at-Law, Officiating Judge of the Court of Small Causes, Mandalay, and Additional Judge of the District Court, Mandalay. Proposal that the local Government should be authorised to employed barristers to fill temporary vacancies in appointments provided for in the cadre of the Burma Judicial Service on such terms as it may think fit subject to a maximum limit of Rs.1,000 a month.
